I love starting my day with a strong coffee and a good read. Let me take the time to say, this was a fantastic read. I deeply resonated with your sentiments here. I strive to no longer perform in life and to simply Be. Thank you for this ☕️

thank you so much for reading this, and for understanding the meaning of these words. I am so glad you're also trying to rest and slow down, and I wish you all the best. It's exhausting, but you've got this. <3
Yes, healing from burnout takes so long. So much longer than you think it would and even at the end of it you truly don’t know if it’s gone or if you’re holding onto some of the heaviness
love this and love that you're a brand strategist too! I can definitely relate to the burnout - I went through it last year and currently am re-discovering what ambition means to me in my new role. writing definitely helps :)
thank you, and so happy to connect with you. I love what I do, but the race is exhausting. It's quiet a relief to take it slow now. I feel happier. All the best to you, and I am so excited for your journey!
I needed this so much right now! I’ve always felt embarrassed about being so far behind compared to my colleagues or friends, but it’s time for me to follow my own timeline, even if it’s not the fastest.
That touched my soul and I felt seen. Less alone in my attemt to slow down. Thank you :)
oh thank you so much for understanding what I was trying to say!
Exactly what I came here to say! 🙌🏼

On a similar path and it’s been so eye-opening realising that nervous system regulation is the antidote to surviving in this fast capitalist world

“Even small joys began to feel like chores. Every interaction felt like a performance, every conversation a task to survive.” SO REAL
I needed this more than anyone knows. Thank you so much.
